Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor:Guide junior developers through efficient code reviews, best practices, and targeted training.
- Code Excellence:Design, develop, and maintain robust Laravel-based backend systems...
- Collaborate:Partner with frontend developers, product managers, and designers...
- Process Improvement:Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement streamlined strategies.
- Problem Solving:Troubleshoot critical issues and optimize application performance.
- Stay Ahead:Share key Laravel/PHP updates and backend trends.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience:5+ Years in Backend Development with 3+ Years specializing in Laravel.
- Leadership Skills:Experience leading juniors, conducting efficient code reviews, and mentoring.
- Technical Mastery:Expertise in PHP, Laravel, RESTful APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and Git.
- Time Management:Ability to deliver high-quality work and mentorship within a part-time schedule.
- Mentorship Mindset:Passion for nurturing talent.
- Communication:Clear articulation of technical concepts.
- Agile Savvy:Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bonus Skills:
